Glendale Joins Oxford Continuity in Using IMCD™ for Disaster
Planning and Validation
ContingenZ’s IMCD™ Automates the Process for Glendale, CA
Los Angeles, November 25 – The City of Glendale,
California, has selected ContingenZ Corporation’s IMCD™ software to
automate their planning and validation of Incident Management and
Disaster Recovery Plans for the city’s IT systems. Glendale now
joins other cities and counties using IMCD™ as their standard.
Oxfordshire County, through Oxford Continuity, was one of the first
to recognize and adopt IMCD™ as their standard.
Imelda Bickham, Glendale’s Director of Information
Services, says, “IMCD gives us a way to build and validate our
disaster recovery and business contingency plans for IT systems. The
automation and consistency of IMCD plans make the process easy,
thereby reducing our costs.” The city will now test IMCD for
possible deployment across all city business units.
“ContingenZ is pleased at IMCD’s worldwide
adoption by cities and counties who are reducing costs while
increasing the quality of their contingency plans,” says Michael
Miora, president of ContingenZ Corporation.
